School District / Charter School Tuition Authorization

In order for Sonja's Studio of Performing Arts to invoice your school of choice for tuition, we must have your authorization on file.

 

Please note that Sonja's Studio only invoices for instructional services, including:

• Monthly tuition

• Private lessons

Sonja's Studio does not invoice for:

• Costumes

• Registration fees

• Competition fees

• Choreography fees

• Any other additional expenses

These charges are the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Any reimbursement for non-tuition expenses must be arranged directly between the parent and their school advisor.

Authorization forms must be submitted to the studio during:

• The first week of the semester, or

• The first week of the month services begin

​​

Please be aware that some schools do not accept pre-authorization forms after March. Check with your school's advisor regarding their deadlines.
