Adult Dance Sessions
Join us throughout the year for a variety of fun and accessible adult dance sessions—no experience required! Each session focuses on a different dance style, giving adults a chance to move, learn, and enjoy dance in a supportive, relaxed environment.
January Session:
Ballet, Strength & Stretch
Our Adult Ballet class is the perfect blend of grace, fitness, and fun—designed for every level, from total beginners to seasoned dancers returning to the barre. This welcoming, low-pressure class helps you build strength, flexibility, and beautiful technique while enjoying the artistry of ballet in a supportive environment. Whether you're looking to challenge yourself, rekindle a past passion, or simply try something new, you’ll leave each class feeling accomplished, energized, and inspired. Come dance with us—you’re never too old to feel like a dancer!
Stay tuned for upcoming sessions in other styles like jazz, social, hip hop etc.
